Zusammenfassung: | A dental device for anchoring a dental appliance within a patient's mouth, including an abutment with a distal end characterized by a substantially concave surface and a first hollow, a pivotable collar with a substantially convex bottom and a second hallow formed through it from top to bottom, and an attachment screw. The bottom of the pivotable collar is configured to pivotally rest against the concave surface of the abutment. The attachment screw is configured to extend partially through the collar and connect with the abutment so as to secure the collar to the abutment. When not secured, the collar can be angulated relative to the abutment to provide for the orientation of a dental prosthesis within a patient's mouth. |
