The implantation includes a fastening structure formed on one end of the porous tantalum rod used for connecting with the osseous tissues and a through hole formed on the center of the porous tantalum rod. The porous tantalum rod is made of the porous tantalum material, which is produced by foam impregnation and had a foam structure with three-dimensional interconnecting pores, wherein the foam structure has a foam skeleton, tantalum particles located on the foam skeleton, and multiple sintering neck structures formed between the tantalum particles. |
