A sensor part (A) has: a magnet being applied with a load produced by pressing of a diaphragm; and a magnet cap covering the magnet. The diaphragm has an intra-diaphragm magnetic body buried therein. The intra-diaphragm magnetic body has a protrusion part protruding from the diaphragm so as to be in contact with the magnet. The magnet cap has an opening part enabling the protrusion part of the intra-diaphragm magnetic body and the magnet to be joined together. |
