A shaped wire is disposed in a mold cavity for form a blank, a knock pin mold is disposed in a lower opening of the mold cavity, an axle hole for the shaped wire to pass through is opened in the knock pin mold, two punching half dies and corresponding half die press heads are disposed over the mold cavity, a wire groove for receiving the shaped wire is opened on a side of the half die press head, one end of the shaped wire is fixed over the knock pin mold, and the other end is clipped by a wire clip unit.
