Zusammenfassung: | One or more data mirroring techniques are provided in which data storage units are pre-connected to a host node in a clustered network, in preparation for a potential data access failure. One or more data storage units are mirrored (e.g., replicated) between a source volume and a destination volume. A destination host node is pre-connected to the one or more mirrored data storage units in a destination volume prior to a data access failure at the source volume. After a data access failure occurs at the source volume (e.g., due to a hardware failure) access to the mirrored one or more data storage units is granted in an efficient manner due to the pre-connection of the destination node to the one or more mirrored data storage units. |
