Zusammenfassung: | A light emitting device has a supporting substrate ; a first electrode disposed on the supporting substrate; an electroluminescent layer disposed on the first electrode and including at least a light emitting layer ; a second electrode disposed opposite to the first electrode, with the electroluminescent layer being interposed therebetween; a resin layer disposed on the second electrode directly or with an intermediate layer interposed therebetween, or on a surface of the supporting substrate at the opposite side of a surface where the first electrode is disposed; and light transmitting particles scattered in the resin layer, and at least a portion of the light transmitting particles are scattered in the resin layer such that a part of each of the scattered particles is embedded in a surface of the resin layer at the side at which light is extracted from the light emitting layer. |
