| Zusammenfassung: | A femoral neck resection guide assembly for use in minimally invasive hip surgery is disclosed. The assembly includes a guide portion having at least two spaced resection guide surfaces for guiding a cutting tool. A bushing and fastener elements are also included in the assembly for cooperating with and fixing the guide portion to the bone. Preferably, the assembly allows for initial connection of the guide portion to the bone and polyaxial rotation of the guide before such is statically affixed. |
