Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a novel human gene that is differentially expressed in human carcinoma. More specifically, the present invention relates to methods of treating or preventing a disorder in a subject. The invention further relates to uses of C35 polypeptides in immunogenic compositions or vaccines, to induce antibody or T cell-mediated immunity against target cells, such as tumor cells, that express the C35 gene. The present invention further relates to use of C35 polypeptides in diagnosing a pathological condition or susceptibility to a pathological condition in a subject. |
