Zusammenfassung:To allocate frequency bands to respective radio communication systems, allocation of a frequency band to each radio communication system is modeled by at least one three-dimensional block as a function of a frequency bandwidth and a coverage area of the radio communication system so as to determine at least one block distribution of the modeled blocks. A score is assigned to each block distribution as a function of a minimum frequency band including all the frequency bands of the blocks of the block distribution. Frequency bands are allocated to the radio communication systems in accordance with an adopted block distribution having a score more than a predetermined threshold. The assigned score can be depend on a number of collisions between blocks of said each block distribution and protection bubbles around modeled blocks. The radio communication systems in the protection bubbles do not suffer mutual interference above respective tolerance thresholds.
