In a motor controller in which a power semiconductor module which closely contact a heat sink is mounted on a substrate, and a fan is attached to the heat sink by a fan case, portions of fins of the heat sink are formed with a bell mouth and a circular-arc-shaped guide, and the radiating capability of the fins is improved by effectively using the wind of the fan. |
