A dispenser that is mounted to reciprocate relative to the receiver has a receptacle for receiving the head of the stethoscope. The dispenser can communicate with the supply of disinfecting agent and deliver its disinfecting agent to the receptacle. By pressing the head of the stethoscope against the dispenser, disinfecting agent will pass from the receiver through the dispenser and onto the head of the stethoscope. |
