In one embodiment of the present invention, the method includes inserting an inner shell into an outer shell and reducing the outer shell to securely engage the inner shell by drawing the outer shell and inner shell through a die without the use of a mandrel placed in the inner shell. In another embodiment of the present invention, the method includes inserting an inner shell into an outer shell and reducing the outer shell to securely engage the inner shell by sizing the outer shell using at least one roller stand. |
