A fluid handling apparatus includes a plurality of fluid handling subassemblies , each of which is mounted in a corresponding one of mounting recessed portions of a plate body . Each of the fluid handling subassemblies has an injecting section for injecting a fluid, a fluidized section for receiving the fluid from the injecting section to allow the fluid to continuously flow downwards, a fluid housing chamber for receiving the fluid from the fluidized section , a fluid passage for allowing the fluid, which reaches the bottom of the fluidized section , to enter the fluid housing chamber , and a plurality of disks (a large number of beads , or a water absorptive member ) arranged in the fluidized section.
