Each of the resonators in the respective stages has two spiral lines that extend in parallel to each other from each root portion, and leading ends of the spiral lines are connected to each other. Each root portion of the two spiral lines of the resonators is connected to a plurality of positions of the two transmission lines, and each of the resonators is short-circuited at one of respective short-circuit portions, which is a root portion.
