First, an available recording capacity of a recording medium incorporated in an image processing apparatus and an available recording capacity of a recording medium which is detachable from the image processing apparatus are calculated. Based on the calculated results, the smaller capacity is determined, and an indication with respect to this capacity is displayed. |
