A heat exchanger for heating comprises a plurality of heat transfer plate members arranged in parallel with each other at predetermined intervals; and connecting portions for integrally connecting the plurality of heat transfer plate members to each other, wherein air passages are formed between the plurality of heat transfer plate members, inner fluid passages are formed in the heat transfer plate members, fluid, for heating air which passes in the air passages, flows in the inner fluid passages, and an electric heat generating film, for heating the air which passes in the air passages, is formed on surfaces of the plurality of heat transfer plate members.
