Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:This invention relates to a series of small molecules which bind to the erythropoietin receptor and compete with the natural ligand for binding to said receptor. The invention includes pharmaceutical compositions containing these mimetics, their methods of production as well as intermediates used in their synthesis. This invention relates to a series of substituted amino acids of Formula I pharmaceutical compositions containing them and intermediates used in their manufacture. The compounds of the invention are small molecules which bind to the erythropoietin receptor and compete with the natural ligand for binding to this receptor.
