1. Field of the Invention Filled thermoplastic compositions useful e.g., as sound-deadening sheeting for automotive carpet are obtained by blending at least one ethylene/ -olefin interpolymer; about 40-95 percent by weight of filler; and optionally elastomeric polymers.
