Method of producing a recombinant non-glycosylated gp90 of equine infectious anemia virus (EIAV), and product thereof

The present invention refers to the general field of the technology of the DNA recombinant proteins, for the production of the gp90 envelope protein of Equine Infectious Anemia virus (EIAV), to be used in diagnosis, vaccination, antibody production or in research field. The present invention describes recombinant gp90 envelop protein derived from the equine infectious anemia virus, their corresponding encoding recombinant DNA molecule and the process of production of the recombinant protein produced through genetic engineering techniques, to be used in diagnosis, vaccination or in research.
