Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:1. Field of the Invention An input image signal is stored in a buffer memory by reducing the number of pixels of the image signal using a first timing signal. The image signal stored in the buffer memory is subjected to burst transfer and written in an image memory in accordance with the first timing signal. The image signal stored in the image memory is read in accordance with a second timing signal which is asynchronous with the first timing signal.
