Zusammenfassung: | This invention refers to an hood for the protection of premises.
A hood () for the protection of premises, in particular for premises where general foodstuffs are treated in a controlled atmosphere, comprising an outer enclosure () forming a first chamber () to house a machine (), for instance an oenological rinsing, filling or capping machine (). The enclosure () holds an aspirating element () equipped with an opening () for discharging air and/or steam to the outside of the hood (), which delimits the upper part of the first chamber () and forms, between its outer surface and the enclosure (), a second chamber () communicating with the first chamber (). Some fans () charge the second chamber () with air, which passes from the second chamber () to the first chamber (), spreads out by flowing over the elements of the machine and is then discharged through the opening (). |
