Use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory agents in combination with compounds that have FP prostaglandin agonist activity to treat glaucoma and ocular hypertension

This invention is directed to the use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory agents, and especially certain non-steroidal cyclooxygenase inhibitors in combination with FP prostaglandin agonists for treating glaucoma and/or ocular hypertension in an individual. Disclosed are methods and compositions for the treatment of glaucoma and ocular hypertension, comprising the administration of a prostaglandin analog and a prostaglandin synthesis inhibitor.
