| Zusammenfassung: | The present invention provides for a cutting device for use with a template to cut a media. The cutting device is comprised of a handle having a first end and a second attachment end and a positioning stem having a mounting stem and a ring portion. The mounting stem is positioned on the second attachment end so that the ring portion is spaced a distance from the second attachment end thereby defining a template notch. A cutting means is rotatably positioned within the ring portion and used to cut the media, and is configured such that when the template notch of the cutting device is inserted into the template, a shape defining edge of the template is received in the template notch. |
