Diseño Estructural en la Era Web 3.0: La Estructura de Innovación Abierta o Masscapital

[EN] The development of new information technologies and new business models in the Web 3.0 era have disrupted the understanding of organisational structures. The design and management of these structures is vital in order to face the new changes, manage human capital efficiently and take advantage of the new opportunities offered by the new environment. Given the relevance of understanding the challenges posed by the new approaches, this paper attempts to analyse the main changes that have taken place. In addition, the paper proposes, explains and shows the relevance of what we call "Open Innovation Structure or Masscapital", establishing the various explanatory elements that make up the design of such structures, and the paradigm shift it attempts to address. The paper highlights the importance of the flexibility and permeability of the new structures; their virtual network character; and the relevance of Masscapital in their composition, in their contribution of resources and competences, as well as in their design.
