Zusammenfassung: | [EN] In this project, we address video-review as a means of expressing reflection and a didactic tool used to evaluate future secondary school teachers. Our study is part of the educational innovation project "Video in higher education. Innovative audiovisual practices in teacher training" (UV-SFPIE_PID19-1094441) developed at the Faculty of Education of the University of Valencia during the academic year 2020-2021. Our aim was for the students of the Master's Degree in Secondary School Teaching in French as a foreign language to produce a video review of French-language fiction films and documentaries about teaching. Our aim was for the students, through observation and analysis, to carry out a critical reflection on the teaching practices illustrated by the selected films and to relate them to the theoretical and practical content explained in class, as well as to broaden their French-speaking audiovisual culture and develop their audiovisual digital competence. The results of the teaching experience show that the video is presented as a motivating element for students who are able to mobilise previous theoretical knowledge and apply it to the analysis of a film on teaching. In general, students had more difficulty in being creative or editing the videos than in analysing the film or relating it to the theory. Extending the length of the video review as well as prior ICT training in video editing are some of the proposed improvements.
