Zusammenfassung:[EN] The new industrial building is located to the west of the ship of Engines, of the Factory of Ford Spain in Almussafes (Valencia) having an isolated disposition. Due to the need of space in the factory, Ford executed a hearth in an area that was vegetal ground to construct several ships near the plant of Motors located to the north of the factory. One of these ships is the one that occupies us and its function is to store the finished engines that leave the engine manufacturing plant located very close. The use of the ship will be that of warehouse. This will be 22 meters long by 31.2 meters wide and will house two independent rooms separated by sheet metal enclosure (14.5 and 16.7 meters wide), with two pitched abutments of 6.25 and 6 , 15 meters high. It also provides access to trucks and machinery leaving two sliding doors of 5'5 m x 4'5 m. The ship has an area of 686 m2, with a length of 22 meters by 31.2 meters wide and will house two independent rooms separated by sheet metal enclosure (14.5 and 16.7 meters wide), with two attached ridgetops to two waters of 6,25 of height. The gantries are rigid embedded in the ground formed by profiles of the HEB pillars and as IPE lintels trimmed at the ends. For the gables the pillars to be arranged to place the enclosure are tubular profiles. Roof straps ZF-120x3.0 supported in lengths of two spans on the frames. Façade belts # 80x4 supported in lengths of a span over the porticoes. Facade pillars with SHS 200x100x5 anchored to its foundation. Profiles # 100x100x3 joining the pillar heads. Cables of section f 10 and 12 mm forming crossing crossings in the extreme porticos, braking the ship in front of horizontal loads in the longitudinal direction. Embedding materialized by anchoring with base plates welded and screwed to waits embedded in reinforced concrete footings. Armed shoe through mesh formed by corrugated profiles f12mm in both directions, on the bottom and top. Once the structure is finished, a working height of 5.4 m is left. All the profiles will be S275 structural steel with primer-based treatment and finish paint, free of lead, for the protection of the structure. As for the foundations, they are made using HA-25 reinforced concrete surface pads with a ridge between 0.5 and 0.6 meters, with the arrangement and measurements indicated in document No. 2 drawings.
