Treballs Finals de Grau d'Enginyeria Informàtica, Facultat de Matemàtiques, Universitat de Barcelona, Any: 2014, Director: Simone Balocco It is proposed to build a service around PhoneGap/ Apache Cordova free license framework that can show all the features it can do in a software level and the easiness creating an app or a service by using HTML + CSS + PHP and AJAX, and provide it like a cross-platform application wihtout making any code changes. To show this, we have built a flat-sharing application called PhoneFlat designed primarly for college students that are looking for a temporary residence in the desired city or town, although it can be used by other kind of users too. This service will show the different resources that PhoneGap/Apache Cordova use from smartphone devices like: camera, internal storage or GPS-Location and the use of them to complete the goals. Once finished the implementation, will be shown how this framework generates all the executable files for multiple operating systems on the market such as Android, iOS or Windows Phone, using a build system in the cloud called PhoneGap Build, distributed by Adobe Systems. It has been considered to use Engish language thinkig to attract maximum number of users.
