Cloprostenol ile senkronize edilen ineklerde ovulasyonların B-mode ultrasonografi ile saptanması

Bu araştırmada, Cloprostenol ile östrus senkronizasyonu yapılan ineklerde ultrasonografik muayene ile ovulasyonların saptanması amaçlandı. Çalışmada yaşları 4-6 arasında değişen 20 adet Holstein ırkından sütçü inek kullanıldı. Seksüel sikluslarının dönemine bakılmaksızın hayvanlara 500 H9 Cloprostenol i.M. enjekte edildi ve dört gün süre ile hem östrus belirtileri araştırıldı hem de ultrasonografik muayene yapıldı. Östrus gösteren hayvanlar enjeksiyonu.izleyen 72. saatte tohumlandılar. Östrus göstermeyen hayvanlara ise 11 gün sonra ikinci 500 $\mu$ g Cloprostenol İ.M. enjekte edildi ve enjeksiyonu izleyen 72. saate tohumlandılar. ilk enjeksiyondan sonra, senkronizasyon oranı, östrusların başlama saati ortalaması, preovilatorik folliküllerin ortalama çapı, ovulasyon zamanı, gebe kalma oranları sırasıyla; %35, %59.2, 20±2mm, 80.4 saat, %57.1 olarak belirlendi. İkinci enjeksiyondan sonra ise bu oranlar sırasıyla; %100,57.5 saat, 20±2mm, 81.3 saat, %69.2 olarak saptandı. The aim of this study was to determinate of ovulation using by uitrasonography in cows synchronized with Cloprostenol. 20 Holstain cows, ages betveen 4-6 were in this study. Without controlling the phase of the sexuei cycles, 500 ng Cloprostenol was injected i.M. in cows and oestrus symptoms were detected and also were examined by ultrasonography following 4 days. During the standing oestrouses, artificial insemination were done 72. hours after injections. The cows were not seen ostrus symptoms within 4 days, were injected second 500 $\mu$ g Cloprostenol 11 days later and were inseminated with the same procedure. rsyncronizations rate, the avarege begining time of oestrus, the avarege diamater of preovulatoric follicles, ovulation time, pregnancy rates obtained from first and second group of cows were 35%, 59.2 hour, 20±2 mm, 80.4 hour, %57.5 hour, 20+2mm, 81.3 hour, 69.2% respectively.
