Zusammenfassung: | Summary
A total of 35 volunteers participated in 54 thermoneutral head-out-water-immersion baths for one hour and their creatinine clearances were determined. The results showed that the bath led to a highly significant increase of creatinine clearance of 17%. One hour after the bath the parameters had returned to control values. Nevertheless, in 27% of the tests no influence of the bath on creatinine clearance could be observed. The bath related increase of this parameter is probably due to a decrease of the renal sympathetic nervous tone with influence on vasomotor regulation. |
