COMPARISON OF FRACTIONAL FLOW RESERVE VERSUS INSTANT WAVE-FREE RATIO FOR ASSESSMENT OF CORONARY ARTERY STENOSIS SEVERITY IN ROUTINE PRACTICE

Conclusions Retrospective data indicate iFR is not independent of coronary hyperemia. iFR overestimates FFR and is poorly correlated with FFR in the clinically important range, 0.60-0.90. iFR has limited diagnostic accuracy for discrimination of coronary stenosis severity.
