Zusammenfassung:Highlights • The occurrence of depressive symptoms, worry and anxiety during pregnancy and postpartum is well known. • The scales used, are well validated to measure depressive symptoms, worry, anxiety, and maternal–fetal attachment. • Women continuing their pregnancy in spite of fetal malformations show a high level of depressive symptoms. • Women express strong attachment to their fetuses during pregnancy regardless of the diagnosis of a fetal malformation.
