Non-prescribed use of psychoactive prescription drugs among drug-impaired drivers in Sweden

Highlights • Non-prescribed use of psychoactive prescription drugs among drug-impaired drivers was investigated. • The prevalence was high and differed substantially across the investigated drugs. • Factors are presented that may predict non-prescribed use of psychoactive prescription drugs.
