Acronychia pedunculata. The two-phase solvent system used was composed of
n-heptane–ethyl acetate–methanol–water at an optimized volume ratio of 4:1:4:1 (v/v/v/v). Target compound (58.1
mg) with a purity of 98.9% was obtained after HSCCC of 183.5
mg sample with a purity of 35.7% recovered after the silica clean-up step. Identification of the target compound was performed by
