Overview of hydrogeological site-descriptive modeling conducted for the proposed high-level nuclear waste repository site at Forsmark, Sweden

Due mainly to more favorable hydrogeological conditions, the Forsmark site was selected by SKB in mid 2009 to serve as the host site for excavation and construction of a future repository for spent high-level nuclear fuel.
