Zusammenfassung: | Tunneling contact was taken as an example to demonstrate that the interaction of electron quantum transitions can serve as a source of low-frequency flicker fluctuations of conductivity. Estimates are made for the fluctuations of tunnel conductance. The theory explains the effect of flicker noise sensitivity to the discreteness of the electronic spectrum, as it was observed in nanocomposites. |
