Zusammenfassung: | A thermodynamic estimation of the Rebinder effect is analytically constructed upon adsorption of sulfonol from an aqueous solution on a flat surface of limestone. For the constructed function for evaluating the effect (increment of surface tension), conditions for its dome-shaped shape are obtained depending on the volume concentration of sulfonol. Comparison of the experimental curve of the surface hardness of limestone with the function of thermodynamic assessment of the Rebinder effect shows their behavior over the entire range of volume concentration values up to the concentration segment with a dense adsorption layer of a surfactant to be symbiotic. For the subsequent concentration range, a mechanism is proposed that explains the difference between theory and experiment. |
