-junction in dependence on the external current pulse parameters. The model is described by the Cauchy problem for a system of nonlinear ordinary differential equations which is numerically solved with various values of the current pulse duration. In order to accelerate the massive calculations in a wide range of varied parameters of the model, two parallel versions of the computer code have been developed based on MPI and OpenMP techniques, whose effectiveness has been confirmed by the test calculations. Effect of the current pulse duration on the configuration of magnetization reversal domains has been studied. The calculations have been performed at the HybriLIT Platform of the JINR Multifunctional Information and Computing Complex. |
