Electrophysical properties of solid solutions of Zn2 − x(ZraSnb)1 − xFe2xO4 compositions
The electrophysical properties of the multicomponent Zn 2 ZrO 4 − Zn 2 SnO 4 − ZnFe 2 O 4 system are studied.
