Problems of Legal Regulation of Environmental Relations in the Republic of Adygea and Possibilities of Environmental Insurance

The constitutional bases of ecological relations in the Republic of Adygea have been considered. Issues of administrative responsibility for environmental offenses established by the legislation of the Republic of Adygea and specific features of administrative regulation of environmental relations have been discussed. The environmental legislation of the Republic of Adygea has been studied with a view to considering possibilities of environmental insurance, and its feasibility’s been disclosed. As a result of the studied and analyzed regulatory material, conclusions have been drawn on the need to amend the existing legislation of the Republic of Adygea.
