Improvement of the Mechanism of the Regional Ecological and Economic System Regulation

The current state of the natural resource potential of the Republic of Adygea is considered. The results of the analysis have shown that the region has unique natural and climatic conditions and has all opportunities for long-term development due to the number of components of the economic and geographical position. A conceptual model of a mechanism for regulating interactions in a regional ecological and economic system is proposed, which assumes that identification of environmental criteria for the functioning of the regional economy is carried out directly in an ecological subsystem, which provides sufficient flexibility and promptitude of adjustments and sufficient competence of decisions. The methodological support and tools for the distribution of limited resources to the task of regulating environmental and economic interactions in the regional system have been adapted, involving the application of management aspects of environmental management processes, taking into account the possibility of considering differences in the systems of normalization (maximum permissible concentration and best existing technologies) of anthropogenic interaction on the environment and a phased transition from one of them to another.
