Zusammenfassung: | Stress theory is a key aspect of industrial management and labor psychology. It focuses on the interaction between the individual and the work environment, exploring the impact of stress on both work productivity and the well-being of employees. Industrial management should consider the impact of stress within the workplace and its consequences for workers and organizations as well. Stress occurs when there is an imbalance between the demands of the environment and the resources available to cope with these demands. This imbalance can result from a variety of factors, including working conditions, organizational changes, personal challenges, and more. The purpose of the report is to study and measure the amount of stress experienced in the transport industry, with a particular focus on the transport company "ZSK-DEVNYA" JSC in order to provide a detailed analysis of the factors impacting employee stress levels. By applying scientific methods and tools, a systematic approach will be developed to gauge the levels of stress within the organization while analyzing the interrelated factors, such as workload, time constraints, social interactions, and other relevant aspects. |
