Zusammenfassung: | Nano sized copper substituted cobalt ferrite Co1-MCuMFe2O4 (M = 0.0-0.20 with 0.05 steps) were prepared by citric-nitrate process. The phase and structure properties were studied by X-ray diffraction method. This confirms the single-phase-spinel cubic structure. The Experimental lattice constant decreased with increasing of Cu2+ ions; the variation explained on the basis of ionic radii deference between Cu2+ and Co2+ ions. The magnetic studies were carried by VSM. Saturation magnetization (except at x = 0.20) decreases with increasing of copper substitutions explained by Neel’s sub-lattices modals whereas coercivity follows reverse trend. |
