Zusammenfassung: | The purpose of this study is to determine the residual aging life of the insulation of traction motors of electric rolling stock under operating conditions from current loads with accumulation based on data from on-board measuring systems of an electric locomotive in real time. An analytical dependence of the change in the insulation life of the windings of traction electric motors in terms of thermal wear on the current loads of a freight electric locomotive with accumulation for 15 hours has been obtained. The presented approach allows us to clarify the timing of maintenance and routine repairs of traction electric motors, taking into account the intensity of operational factors. |
