Zusammenfassung:The construction sector’s carbon emissions are one of the leading causes of global climate change. The concept of green buildings was coined to reduce carbon emissions in the construction sector. However, the high number of construction failures in Indonesia is a triggering factor to apply good quality control to realize green buildings with high quality and reduce the potential for quality failures and construction failures caused by low implementation of quality control during construction projects. Therefore, a study needs to identify barriers to implementation and stakeholder perspectives for implementing quality control to maximize the implementation of quality control in green building projects in Indonesia so that it can trigger a reduction in the failure rate of construction in Indonesia. The research method used to identify the inhibiting factors of quality control implementation and stakeholder perspectives in implementing quality control uses a quantitative approach with the Reliability Test (Cronbach’s Alpha), relative importance index (RII), and confidence interval testing. Based on the research results, it is known that 25 factors can hinder the implementation of quality control in green building projects in Indonesia. Apart from that, the stakeholder perspective considers that delays and loss of reputation have the most significant impact, inspection is the most critical quality control tool, indicators of procurement of quality control laboratories in the field that are constantly learning and always responsible have the highest level of implementation and importance, and compliance with quality and standards, as well as the application of quality control practices following the standards, are of the utmost urgency.
