Zusammenfassung: | This research discusses the measurement and the design of performance improvement strategies for Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) in an Indonesian aquaculture feed and probiotics company. The research utilizes Green Supply Chain Operations Reference (G-SCOR) model to create a performance measurement framework that is divided into three hierarchical levels. Further analysis is performed using Objective Matrix (OMAX) to determine priority performance indicators for improvement. The research findings indicate that the company’s GSCM performance is still at a moderate level and needs to be improved. Seven performance indicators are identified as priority indicator to be improved, including the supplier with an EMS or ISO 14001 Certification, number of trained workers on environmental requirements, number of meetings with suppliers about environmental metrics/criteria, broken product during storage, distribution or material/product handling vehicle using alternative fuels, greenhouse gas emission, and water consumption. |
