Zusammenfassung: | A production station, being a part of a small-scale production line and used for educational and research purposes, has been presented. The model of the station is derived, using only the models of the sensors and the actuators of the system in Discrete Event System (DES) form. To guarantee safety of the system, a set of safety requirements has been presented and translated in the form of regular languages. The regular languages have been realized by appropriate supervisor automata. The physical realizability of the proposed supervisor scheme and the nonblocking property of the controlled automaton have been derived. |
