Zusammenfassung: | Queue activity is better modeled with stochastic techniques. This technique is a step to achieve the goal, which is to assess the utility of the teller and the effectiveness of the most efficient service value. This research method uses stochastics on Simulink with 1000 and 10000 experiments. This modeling is shown with graphs to facilitate analysis. The study showed that the highest utility was 40% and effectiveness per service was 5.04 minutes on Teller server 1. However, Teller on other servers can still be controlled if created with different simulation modeling. However, we can provide a basic reference that the utility value of each server is determined by the value of the service provided to the customer. |
