Zusammenfassung: | BIM (Building Information Modelling) is an advanced concept for project management purposes. The current approach towards BIM models is still not matured in representing the progress of a construction since the model does not suit the order of construction. This project presents a new approach that involves creating a sub-object level 4D BIM model in a construction management perspective. By integrating detailed time scheduling with sub-object level 3D models, the approach aims to enhance daily progress visualization and communication solutions, improving the accuracy and reliability of BIM models. To demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of this approach, a 4D BIM simulation for a residential building was created and case studies and experiments were conducted. Advanced technologies such as scan vs BIM and augmented reality were used to perform the experiments. In summary, this project proposes a novel sub-object level 4D BIM modelling approach for construction progress monitoring. |
