Zusammenfassung: | Manpower of the organization is considered as an important asset for any organization. The motivated and satisfied workforce is increasing efficiency in an organization for overall productivity. The impact of motivation on employee performance in the field of marketing are having huge significant. Medical Representatives (MR) has been chosen as the samples who were considered as one of the pillars of the pharmaceutical industries growth. Since there exist a numerous factor which were influencing employees in an organization. Normally, Employees can be motivated either extrinsically or intrinsically. Responses has been collected from 100 Medical representatives of various Pharma companies for the study. In this work, statistical tools such as Chi Square, Garret Ranking method were used for analysis. Demographic variables and independent variables such as Pay, Job Security, Nature of Work, Working Conditions, Job Security, Scope for Growth, work related policies and Recognition & Interpersonal relations have been studied. Statistical tools such as descriptive statistics, Garrett ranking technique, Factor Analysis and Chi-square test were used to perform the analysis. The results of the study revealed that recognition is the most important factor, and working conditions shows less important factor. |
