Zusammenfassung:The present investigation is used to analyze the welding surface morphology of the Rene 41alloy under different spindle speed, traverse speed and axial load using friction stir welding process. Atomic force microscopy is used to analyze the welding surface with different parameters such as average roughness, skewness, kurtosis etc. The surface profile is also clearly presented with their parameters. It is mainly depending on the input constrains of the welding factors. Similar welded joint has been made by Rene alloy. Among three experiments, average roughness of 9.145 nm was produced at the spindle speed of 1400 rpm, traverse speed of 100 mm/min and an axial load 15kN. Maximum height of the roughness of 108.4 nm and average maximum height of the roughness of 81.33 nm was achieved at spindle speed of 1400 rpm, traverse speed of 100 mm/min and an axial load 15kN. The other parameters were also achieved and its played an essential role in surface profile.
